Cyient has truly redefined their definition of a MNC by ensuring their presence all over the world and in most of the domains and industries. 5. The HR policies are best in class and even stand apart on some grounds when compared to even Top 5 companies in India.

Financial Strength is it's ability to increase sales while reducing debt. Senior Management People are great supportive.
