Learning Experience at Infotech is great for novice associates, but need to do lot of sacrifices like pay scales etc.

Pros

You get best client to work with, only reason worked in Infotech was because of my client.

Cons

Poor salary pay scales, Not employee friendly HR policies like even though you work for an entire fiscal year, you won't get your Bonus i.e. reason is you left before the bonus payroll payment date.

Cons

Bad Hike, No more extra complements, Food & all not good at all, Too far from Bus stop & No more activities.
