      For fresher, there will be a good opportunity to learn many things

      Pros

      There was an online test comprising 30 aptitude and 30 technical questions .Each having separate cutoff , followed by a psychometric test. After these rounds Technical interview happens. Questions were asked mainly from SOM , and fluid and Thermodynamics and engine.

      Cons

      The company had 3 year bond with liquidity charge as 200000.

      You can earn some money only if you get an onsite. Can learn some software up to beginners level.

      Cons

      Pays very less to an employee. A design engineer mostly does a draftman's job here.
