A very bad place to work if you want to learn

Pros

On time salary No need to contact HR people for anything. Excellent company(work and project wise) if you dont belong to software field. Nothing more.

Cons

You are handeled by client, company will not see your work or anything. if Client says they dont need you, next day you will be thrown out. No good work and good project, people from client side will do major work and you have to do maintainance only. If you belong to software field never ever join this company otherwise will get dark future. You will get 3 month of notice period, no other company will hire you. You have to stay 9.30 hours anyway. No tea, snaks and funny thing is they will give 50RS to enjoy if you ask for team party.

Job security People settle here for longer time. Girls find this company a better deal. Life goes cool in a longer run

Cons

Bossism Very tough schedules for project Need to work late nights frequently for deployments and discussions with onsite team. Very less onsite offers for middle level employees. Lot of politics. Immediate managers have empty brains. And they know nothing about project and technology. If there is some thing good feed back it goes to immediate managers, If any problem Comes they throw entire blame on team members. All the above only apply to software job. Eng. is comparatively better
