      Pros

      Have a strong emphasis on personal loyalty. The cut throat nature of most IT services company is missing. BVR Mohan Reddy is a visionary leader. Company is driving results without any unnecessary hullabaloo. The marketing team has some very bright individuals.

      Sometimes too laid back. Middle management can be better
