Work and Life Balance, Best work place for women.
Cons
1. Please make a note that it is a service company. 2. Not much of challenging jobs just the documentation work which is cumbersome for foreign companies. 3. Salary is very very low. Just imagine if you are a B-Tech(Mech & Civil) with an experience of 5 years then you would draw 28k/month. 4. Forget about increments (1%-8%) dont expect much. They always say market is bad. 80% people get an increment b/w 1%-5%. 5. If you are from IIT or NIT forget about it. Here it does not matter where you are from. even a degree holder from c grade college is enough. You will be working under them. absolutely 0% innovation.
