Pros
Many fake reviews are there. Beware of those as they were given by managers or the HR folks. Most of them are rated 4 or 5 stars. This is a genuine review. I have worked with Cyient for 5 years and finally left as I was ill-treated by my manager. Pros- 1. Good work-life balance. 2. Campus is good. 3. Plenty of projects. 4. Lot of fun-activities.

1. 3 years bond for freshers. 2. Non-negotiable notice period of 3months. 3. Clueless HR. 4. HR folks are not helpful and they are arrogant. 5. Below market standard salary. Don't expect great pay package from this company. 6. Lack of corporate ethics. 7. Most of the managers are ex-airforce personnel and they don't have any corporate outlook. 8. Fixed working hours. Daily u have to log 9.5 hours. 9. Managers have less knowledge about the "work" that is being done. 10. False promises given during appraisal. 11. Managers are great in cooking up stories during appraisal. 12. No career growth within the company. People who have left the company are doing well now. 13. Lot of unnecessary practices are being followed. 14. Managers like people with great "foot-licking" capabilities. 15. Appraisal is done based on the rapport with the managers. 16. Policies are NOT transparent. (Though they claim it to be so.) 17. People who are here for more than 10 years are a big burden to the company. They are here because they have nowhere to go. No other company will hire them. They don't have any other options. 18. The higher management folks are liars. They will never ever practice what they will preach. 19. Management will never listen to you. 20. If you give less score in "Associate Satisfaction" survey conducted by some external agency, higher management will take revenge by giving you less hike.
