Pros
In my case, work from home, travel often, no defined schedule (my schedule was based on India time and the four time zones in the US).Overall a great company to work for on its face until the cons....... Positive annual reviews.
Cons
Working on a global schedule is tasking. sleep is a few hours before meeting day and night if you have to coordinate with offshore and that is if you have a few hours before a meeting notice and limited prep time. Work Statement was Sales Sales Sales, but ambiguous beyond that.This could be a Pro too because they allowed for empowerment. Overall, I have no idea at the end of the day why I was laid off even after contacting HR.
