Workers are generally very friendly, nice people

Cons

Country management are in it for themselves. Bullying and intimidation are regular tactics used. Nepotism is rife HR is a joke - not a funny one either

The long hours and huge workloads don’t necessarily mean a huge payout, either. which means money is often tight, and they can’t afford to pay employees the same high salaries they might find at other companies. “Benefits are not always as great - you work so much that your hourly pay is often lower.
