      1. those called the managers are don't have the English proficiency they became managers just like that as they have served more than 10 years and don't have the out side exposed. If you lick the shoes of that managers you will get good hikes, promotions and Onsite opportunity. 2. Poor rules and regulations, infect nothing is there 3. purely manager based company if manger says an associate donkey, he is donkey HR won't listens. 4. Weak HR
