      Pros

      I have been working at Cyient for 20+ years and am very proud to be associated with the company. I feel that the company has a very bright future in the hands of its CEO, Mr. Krishna Bodanapu. The company is in its 26th year now and has achieved many great milestones in all these years. Hats off to the dynamic vision of Mr. BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder and Executive Chairman of Cyient which has transformed the company from a single GIS conversion company to a company that has its contribution in Multiple areas like engineering, manufacturing, network and operations management, etc.

      Cons

      Every company in the world has some or other Cons or disadvantages, but I don't see anything worth mentioning here.

      Pros

      Salary will be credited on Time without any delay. Company has the best Financial Advisor who knows how & where to reduce the salary of an Individual. Bright Career Growth after working for 5 to 6 years in Company Managers are very kind in nature in referring job.

      Cons

      There will always be work pressure on the person who works, and doesn't even bother about the person who escapes from doing work. Recognition will be given at particular time, But when it comes to appraisal, managers says you did nothing to this company and project. Maximum Salary appraisal will be 1200 & least will be 400 No Bonus. there are plenty rules for resigning and notice period will be 3 months, but if the manager relieves us reliving will be given in One day. Managers are Monarch's HR's are toys in Managers Everything will be decided by Managers including Salary Hike
