      1. low salary 2. worst work culture. 3. Managers/ TL thinks ,their sole responsibility is to show authority on juniors. 4. they will encourage you to complain about wrong doings, but you do, they will retaliate on you. 5. manager will always be threatening and interfering in personnel matters. 6. Job Bond.
