      Pros

      Visionary & works hard on the growth of the Organization.

      Cons

      Salary Structure is discriminated by the type of visa people coming in irrespective of experience and knowledge. Growth is very limited, Middle management has lack of leadership qualities(Pm Till GM) Organization is totally functional management, No powers for Managers till DGMs, every small approval is required by dept head.

      You are a full time employee with Cyient but you get to work on may different contacts that they partner with.

      Cons

      The problem with Cyient is they dont support their employees they would rather back the partner because supporting the employee over the partner hurts their bottom line.
