Pros

The work culture is positive. The management is egalitatrian and professional. There are numerous avenues of learning and growth. Work-life balance is generally good with normal peaks and troughs.

Cons

The salaries are average at best. Special packages for high performers are absent. Often the link between the company goals and ground reality is missing. HR poliices are OK, but the systems put in place for availing benefits are cumbersome.
