      Pros

      Good in Aero space design engineering, Cyient has good relationship with Boeing, Vought, GKN,Bombardier both in Aero space and transportation. cyient is having good relationship with pratt&witney.

      Cons

      3 years bond is mandatory for all freshers. Less design work and more of migration works likely from V4 to V5. Salary will be low. Less increments max 12% for outstanding guy.

      Pros

      Waste money only on infrastructure. CEO and M. D. are great but we have to report the managers who are not even MBA and show that they the CEO's of CYIENT Noida. If you follow your manager then you can be the TL very soon you can not even give your ideas.

      Cons

      intolerant company No increment Managers think that below level are labors not smart worker no career growth Noida HR are very much irresponsible.
