The projects will be strictly time dependent and need to complete it in time with higher precision. Their is a technical team always ready to help and guide the associates who are working on the packages. skilled team is a major achievement in this company.

Cons

Major issue is TIME. Committing time will be always less.

Good work environment. more onsite opportunities (maximum support type of work only). transport is good. Less work pressure compared to other organizations -

Cons

You never get a chance to learn good technologies. If you join as a fresher you need to sign on 3 years bond, you will get hike after 2 years that to maximum of 8 - 10%. Worst project managers, They don't have any technical knowledge. Waste HR people & policies, They don't have any actions except approve & reject. Every thing is in your PM. Low Salary & less hikes. You need to maintain 9:30 hours attendance daily.
