      Pros

      You can learn a lot as entry level depending on you domain that you get. No more pros you can expect in this company. It would be good for diploma candidates but not for graduates who ideally look for challenging carrier.

      Cons

      Very low salary. you need to sign bond fro 3 years if you join as a fresher and no better hikes in this period. Think twice before you join unless you do not have any other option join in this company. Not preferred for computer science graduates and not for the people who needs a challenge position.

      I think engineers who are ready to do diploma level job can work in this company engineers who dont want career growth can work here.

      Cons

      worst hr policies.hr dept act as if they are paying from their pocket. lack of personal growth.company doesnt keep experienced associates and recruit freshers in place of them to save money and put 3 years bond on them.company just run on the max amount of work done by freshers.poor work quality.
