Worst HR practices and most important the Middle management is so worst that to just sustain themselves they play with the Futures of the engineers and the company. They never understand that they are not only giving the favoritism to their known ones but also tarnishing the image and credibility of Cyient as a company. I think it should not be called as MNC rather a Telugu MNC where the criteria for your development should be your language and the placeh where you belongs to.

They have a 3 year bond (service agreement), very low salary, lowest in the industry. They will not spend a single rupee for the associates. No perks at all, very low increments. They even started taking money for training from new recruits. They dont care at all for employee comfort. Everybody leaves as soon as the bond is over. They screwed up a project and now are firing 50 associates. Please don't come here until and unless this is the last option.
