      Appreciable upper Management but Middle management is worst than ever seen !!!!!!!!!!

      Good environment, flexibility of time and work. Good client names to see nearby.

      Cons

      Worst HR practices and most important the Middle management is so worst that to just sustain themselves they play with the Futures of the engineers and the company. They never understand that they are not only giving the favoritism to their known ones but also tarnishing the image and credibility of Cyient as a company. I think it should not be called as MNC rather a Telugu MNC where the criteria for your development should be your language and the placeh where you belongs to.
