      The more year you work here the more powerful you are If you are a local from Hyderabad,you get preferential treatment If you are punctual in coming to office, no one will bother about your work

      Work is handled only by few ppl No career growth Very Passive environment The organisation has the tendency of kiiling all your profeesional zeal with its passive culture

      Training on many platforms and also project specific training is the best. You will be Self-Motivated in the environment which is very much required in future career.

      Cons

      Comparatively lesser salaries for a fresher in the market. Little old HR rules and regulations. If one is worried about salary as a fresher then this is not the right place.
