      I Feel that though company is ok, but lacks professionalism

      Pros

      Hyderabad, For FEA engineers this is the only place to work for in hyderabad.

      Cons

      The management as such lacks professionalism, There is lot of internal politics. I would say if your manager is good, your life is good in info tech.

      The damage is mostly done by immediate managers and the blame goes to company name. ok to work if no other option.

      Pros

      it is stable company it will sustain even in bad economy because to stringent monetory policy.

      Cons

      differentiate in between domain with in company. Need to adopt similar culture similar to company in same business. Some time i feel it is not software company but a school where senior people treat junior as students.
