I work at a client location and my views are purely on that basis 1. Employee performance reviews: Interaction with Cyient Manager is minimal, no interim reviews happen with the Manager during the year on employee performance on quarter basis. Review happens only during the performance review meeting because of this employees wouldn't get much feedback on what employee should focus on to improve performance and also what employees planning on their career in Cyient. 2. Role and career growth: Not sure 3. Mediocre hikes - depends on performance 4. Benefits are not in-line with industry standards (Insurance, Leaves, and Joining Kit)
