Pay less salary as per experience and responsibility

Joined as fresher mechanical, thinking that it's an OEM/product based, but lot of documentation work with very less learning. Locked inside due to 3 year Bond, which made employee agree for everything like weekend support, extended work without perks. One day I worked for 19 hours continuously and 12 hours of work is quite often. They quote very less billing rate from customers and make employees work like ants. They tell these billing reasons and give chai biscuit hikes. Outside of company, people expect high and invest in it, but many of them loose their money in shares. No road map and business is just for Survival. Layoffs in pandemic situations to increase share price. ASAT is very low compared to peers in market. Threatening managers. Misleading other employees by showing one onsite opportunity. Forced resignations.
