The company is a good lot of scope to learn. But because of the worst managers and cheap office politics don't let you go to explore new things.

The company is a good lot of scope to learn. But because of the worst managers and cheap office politics don't let you go to explore new things. If you raise/question any concern simply they will try to eliminate/remove you from the org. even the HR management also without taking any action on it and if it is 100% valid point also. Really very bad experience with cyient in the last 1 year, they don't allow you to open positions and they will play games if we stuck with our 3-year agreement.
