      Great platform to learn skills Can work on few applications as it dealing with many projects in USA & Australia..... Can build personal skills like communication skills etc..... We can feel our job garantee......

      Cons

      Pay very less for telecome employees, no reasonable hikes, makes lower level employees little lazy.......... By not allocating important works to them
