Seems like a very young company, which it is, as it was bought up by ASML several years ago. Equipment and parts are improving gradually, but a long way to go. Coming from other semiconductor companies, which have state of the art technology, equipment, and automation, Cymer does not. However, that is noticeably improving, but a ways off still. FSE's seem to be blamed for the majority of issues, even when it's clearly manufacturing's fault for sending defective parts-- it is much safer to blame the FSE's rather than admit to customers that our products are not thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping out.
