      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay, great people to work for for the most part. Especially non-leads, great training, and affiliated with ASML and its scanners.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like a startup company as far as admin and tooling goes. But I've noticed a great progression in this area in the last 3 years. Admin is pretty awful and all over the place with back end work, as opposed to other venders that I've worked for, including my time with ASML.
