Pros

The work culture is good—colleagues are respectful, and the environment is fairly relaxed. Management is transparent and fairly open, which creates a sense of trust and makes it easier to communicate concerns or ideas. One of the benefits is the flexible work timings, which support a healthy work-life balance. There are also strong opportunities to grow technically, especially for self-driven individuals.

Cons

For globally distributed teams, team collaboration can be lacking at times, which may which can lead to siloed work.
