Good technology and a good sales force to sell it.

Cons

Engineers are king, even when they don’t know what they’re talking about. Best practices and innovations in the marketing communications field are ignored in favor of “bright ideas” from the engineers. Don’t bother working here if you are a serious marketing professional.
