-Good place to start career. -Colleagues are always willing to help you. -You get to work in an interesting environment and is a great place to understand the Silicon Valley market.

Cons

-Lower pay than the Bay Area average. There is hardly any saving potential. -The workload and pressure can be pretty intense.
