      Energy in the work environment nice perks Best increments in the industry hard work gets recognized quickly free to take initiatives Best part is the CY style of using the F's and the A's in the work place. Where shorts in office hours. The concept of 1:1 with anyone you want.

      Cons

      Not the best salary according to industry standards. Hard to survive because of competitive environment .. but one can make it with determination and efforts in right direction
