      Pros

      Extremely hardworking and excellent staff; much of the desire to continue at Cypress is based on the relationships developed over time. Archive of all documents very helpful for consistency of projects and historical knowledge.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional and highly political organization -- CEO, while brilliant and very successful, leads the company by intimidation. Goal alignment and strategy change frequently leaving employees in the dark.

      - Good compensation packages - specially options - Strong documentation system to capture learnings - Quarterly bonus system to keep track of goals - CEO is committed (in his own way) to make the company successful

      Cons

      - Internal driven (no focus on markets) culture. Company has been stuck at ~800M for years due to this - Everything is driven by one person (CEO), he demands and people follow - Looking good in front of the CEO is the order of the day this includes telling stories - Process and compliance focus. many policemen and system around to watch you
