Pros
Great people Good work life balance All employees get 2 weeks of vacation after 90 days.
Cons
1. Top heavy, micromanaging by the Directors – the managers/supervisors or more of a figure head position. 2. Low wages, for positions within corporate/operations. 3. Treat Interpreters like Wal-Mart workers, expendable 4. They have profit sharing, however even in a banner year of growth, the employees only get the smallest (5) % allotment. 5. Good old boys club mentality. If you're a man, you are welcome at the table, a woman not so much.
