This is a highly micro-managed environment. Training is verbal-only for the ASL department, and when there are misunderstandings they will blame you for "not writing it down." This includes expectations such as login, break times, vacation time, retirement management, etc. Managers will cold call you and ask you to share your screen to make sure you've arranged all your program windows exactly right. Managers are passive aggressive and closed to feedback. If they have a meeting with you to discuss feedback, they can be aggressive and not on your side. Even if you had a legitimate reason, like an urgent bathroom issue, they will double down that you should never transfer calls out. Bathroom breaks are maxed at 5 minutes per hour, and taking one every hour is highly discouraged. Management prioritizes customer needs over yours and will not defend you if you have an incident on a call. They also expect you to get dozens of state certifications and will ask you to give your passwords to them for accounts like RID.org. I also caught management storing my social security number in a Word document. They do not document communications well, so if you are asked to do something they will still micromanage you as if you hadn't completed it. If you text them they might act like they never received it. Overall, this was a stressful, unreasonable team to work with.
