Salary increase every 6 months, opportunities to grow into different roles, quick adaptation during the COVID-19 pandemic with minimum effects to the employees.

Cons

Small center, but it's currently being expanded into another floor. No VRI yet, although the stations have already been set up.

The co workers and the supervisors try to make things smother

Cons

Work under pressure all the time, you get sanctioned and punished if the customer is not happy even if it's not your fault.

VTO is accepted Training (but not for legal matters) Frequent OT offer. Cyracom interpreter certification after approving training.

Cons

High call volume (no green at all) 10 m breaks for full time Only one 15 minute break to part timers (5h shift) Poor sound quality during calls makes it a nightmare sometimes WFH with no support. Not even pc or money for the internet bill No benefits other than salary
