Some people are amazing to work with and really care about the company, unfortunately they are not empowered to make improvements.

Cons

Lots of executive turn over. No delegation of responsibility. Fingerprint culture. No innovation. Management does not listen.

- Great people - excellent benefits - positive growth

Cons

- Senior management was great (Gary) then interim was also very strong (Tesh) replacement CEO lasted a year and never fit properly. Current interim CEO (David) very good, but not permanent.
