Pros

Interesting and solid products, growing category, very entrepreneurial environment. Company is doing a lot of things right and is really making a name for itself. The people have high integrity and they are focused on treating customers very well.

Cons

Systems are stretched and there seems to be a lot of VPs but there needs to be more help at the level where the customer support work gets accomplished.

Supportive, open culture that is focused on providing our customers with great service. People don't hide here as they all try to get the job done for customers. Work/Life balance varies by department, but as any growing company experiences, there are some growing pains with internal systems...Encouraged to expand responsibilities and take risks

Cons

Need to be energetic and focused here. No room to hide and no room for dead weight. Some departments are stretched as systems are still being worked on...hopefully improving soon.
