Pros

- Great Medical and ESPP (Until they switched to every 6 months) - Good co-workers - Bonus was ok but still a bonus

Cons

- Low pay compared to other Data Center providers - Long hours, short deadlines, always being checked on metrics - Shifted too much between different DC's that made customers un-happy - Management only cared about sales people and people in HQ everyday.

I have been at CyrusOne for nearly two years and I can honestly say that is it is the best organization I have ever been a part of. Everyone has a "winning" attitude that helps us continue to be successful year after year and it makes the workplace really enjoyable. They celebrate diversity, recognize performance, allow the opportunity to be yourself, emphasize community involvement, and give plenty of time to enjoy away from the office. Other perks: 401K with a match, very competitive pay, employee stock purchase plan with a 15% discount, entire week off between Christmas holiday and New Years, and relaxed dress code.

Cons

With being a somewhat young company, there are certainly learning curves as CyrusOne continues to grow and win at a faster rate than the competition in the industry. The pace can be challenging for some, but for me, it provides an opportunity to stay busy and no day is ever the same. Only other con is that not all of the executives are in the corporate office often.
