Pros

Competitive pay. Good friendly staff. Always work to do.

Cons

The point system is a joke. Any system that requires 12 months for an infraction to fall off is flawed. Half a point for being one minute late and not being able to get rid of that for an entire year is insulting. Also you have so save 4 of your allotted vacation days for the end of the year mandatory shutdown. If you are out of time you will accumulate points for the time they forced you to not work. You'd think a 40 billion dollar 2021 revenue company could afford to pay it's workers for a 4 day mandatory shutdown instead of punishing them and forcing them to use time they may not have.
