1. People Leaders on site (e.g. Site Manager, Quality Manager, Production Leader etc) place top priority on EHS (safety), product quality, as well as people development. 2. Strong focus on transparency and open communication to ensure that information is shared in a timely manner with associates. 3. When it comes to problem solving, there is a lot of proactiveness. As a junior employee, I am able to gain a lot of experience in problem troubleshooting and was able to learn up different problem solving tools. 4. Many training opportunities (whether external or internal). Associates get the opportunity to learn new skill sets to better equip themselves. 5. Cohesive team @ Tuas Site. Motivated individuals with great sense of accountability and team work to drive for successes and at the same time, upholding high level of standards in EHS, product quality and customer satisfaction.
