Pros

Cytiva is formerly GE Healthcare lifescience. They have very great product in biopharma, expecially in protein purification. But after acquisitions by danaher, expecially after the pandemic, the company conduct a very big re-org. Some product lines are overlap. Some product have a very long time have NOT big update. Many employee lay off.

Cons

It used to be a very good company. Due to acquisitions and bad market environment. It have changed. In China, there have many competitive new companies. They take more and more share in China with very low price.

4 day work when you do Morning shift would have plenty of time for the rest of your day. Works if you are a student and also need to work full time.

Cons

Micro management, bias, little room for growth.
