      Great people to work with, slow to progress your career

      Pros

      Most people are professionals and are great to work with, they make coming to work worth it.

      Cons

      Career progression is hard/impossible when the company is no longer hiring. Though the business is profitable no real bonus's are given and the raise does not meet the inflation. We have several Boomerang Employees in some departments (why not just pay people what they are really worth before they leave? Then offer them a 20%+ increase to come back), other departments have a great deal of attrition due to leadership. Company does not have increased pay incentive to stay.

      Pros

      Leadership makes sure every level of the organization knows what's going on with the business. Benefits are fantastic, generous amount of PTO available day 1 and paid parental leave after a year being notable. From my first day, managers were talking with me about my career goals and how I could get there within the company, I've never felt as valued as I do by Cytiva.

      Cons

      Sometimes workloads are high, and cutting through red tape to get help can take some time.
