      - Brilliant, friendly working culture - Amazing team of bright, warm and ambitious people - Have nailed the hiring strategy (the most important part!) - Annual company holiday together (all paid for) - Building cutting-edge technology - No sense of hierarchy...ideas win over people :)

      - Fast growth brings collaborative challenges - Rapidly changing direction (not for everybody!) - Pension could be better

      - Things change constantly - Performance expectations are high, not everyone makes the cut which can be daunting - The pressure to move fast means there is not a lot of room to test and perfect things
