- Leadership lacks focus and chases the next shiny thing every couple of weeks, no strategic vision - Waits too long to hire necessary staff - seems like management prefers to work employees to the breaking point before adding headcount - Lack of culture or minimum work/life balance - A lot of turnover on the US side in the last 6 months - Average benefits - Misogyny amongst leadership and management - multiple accounts of inappropriate questions around marriage, motherhood, and a "woman's role" in interviews of female candidates plus the Leadership page of the website shows you the 0 females in any leadership role - International team (majority of employees are based in India) leads to problems around communication, cultural differences, etc.
