Pros

This is a good startup to work for. I have been working here for more than a year now and everything seems to be good. Management is supportive. You get to work on challenging projects. Your skillset improves overtime with challenging nature of projects. I have learned a lot over here.

Cons

Sometimes deadlines are tight and you need to be on top of your game to deliver
