      Pros

      As an engineer, you will learn more, faster, than anywhere else. You are exposed to a lot of different things - including some stuff that I'm sure is not being done anywhere else. Super fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Long hours. High pressure. Uppermost management is very disconnected from what is actually going on, and frequently make questionable decisions based on incomplete / incorrect information. Middle management is pretty solid. Good people.
