Pros

Interesting projects Decent pay (sort of) Can learn a lot very quickly

Cons

Easily the worst place I've ever worked. No standards or expectations will be give or even exist. Your fate at the company is entirely in the hands of the CEO, who is the worst "leader" I've ever met. He is unethical, paranoid, and vindictive. Mandatory overtime for everyone (but doesn't pay any extra for salary employees). If you want to have a work life balance, you won't last long. The company falsely claims "they've never had a layoff" this is an outright lie. The do layoff based on backlog all the time. If you just need a job because you can't find anything else, it's probably worth a shot. Otherwise, avoid at all costs
