Pros
The pros... Id say is there is always someone willing to teach you if you want to learn. They will work with you if you have questions. One of the better companies I have worked for. Management understands you have a life outside the 10 hour days.
Cons
Getting fired and no one telling you why. I asked questions showed strengths, and weaknesses that needed improved but don't let rumors about your pay circulate or you are gone.
