Pros

Nothing comes to mind. Constant turn over of Senior management, you might get something better in six month

Cons

The workplace environment is characterized by aggressive and toxic coworkers who seem primarily focused on their own interests. There is a noticeable prevalence of negative attitudes among team members. Management appears to restrict autonomy over accounts, and existing accounts are assigned without consideration for the account manager's history with account or competency. No new product lines are being released in the US by Product Management. Marketing efforts seem to lack substance, There is little collaboration with sales teams unless it pertains to Amazon Business. Sales management has not provided Sales Commission statements, despite a pay structure of 80/20. This lack of transparency may be indicative of the management's perspective on their teams. The most recent President hired to improve the company culture has been described as a bully, with concerns regarding their competency.
