Pros

Great sales training system, co-workers are great, gets you a taste of the business while paying you minimum wage. No "draw" system. GSM is a deal closing monster. If you can put in the hours and have the balls for cold calls, you might make a living here.

Cons

Insane hours, to be expected with any Automotive Sales position however. No overtime pay. That's right, you work 70 hours a week for a flat $7.25 an hour with no overtime compensation. Some managers are just down right rude, disrespectful and hateful too new sales staff.
